Shopping for supplements at Costco, a must-do on my trip to the USA!
Today, at the request of a friend, I'll introduce Move Free, a joint supplement I purchased.

Schiff Move Free Advanced contains:
- Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Hyaluronic acid, which are components of Proteoglycan, a substance crucial for cartilage formation.
- Calcium Fructoborate, which can help prevent inflammation and promote bone health.
As we age, Proteoglycan, along with collagen or elastin, decreases, affecting cartilage health. To maintain my joint health, I plan to take Glucosamine and Chondroitin regularly.
That's why I'm considering trying Move Free Advanced with the USP verification mark.
You can take two tablets once a day or one tablet twice a day with meals.
Since I don't have joint issues yet, I may not feel the effects immediately, but I'll post about any side effects if I experience them!
